BREAKING: Siruv Issued Against Yaakov Spritzer

After over three years of tricks in an attempt to delay or [better yet to] avoid not having a Din Torah, the Beth Din Beis Yosef issued a Siruv against Yaakov Spritzer for refusing to show up before the Beis Din for a Din Torah

As soon as I get a copy with more details it will be posted here.

UPDATE: Beth Din wrote the Siruv. Spritzer promised he would come sign the shtar berurin (binding arbitration agreement). The Machane Menachem directors have already signed a shtar and Spritzer has yet to do so.

    On May 6, 1997, the plaintiffs, a not-for-profit Corporation and Yaakov Spritzer, filed a complaint against seven named defendants consisting of 167 paragraphs extending over 50 pages and asserting eleven claims as follows: I) RICO, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1962(b); II) RICO, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d); III) RICO, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c); IV) RICO, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d); V) Tortuous Interference with Contractual Relations; VI) Fraud; VII) Conversion; VIII) Unfair Competition; IX) Breach of Fiduciary Duty; X) Assault; XI) Intentional damages to property.To characterize the complaint as prolix, replete with hearsay and irrelevancies, would be charitable.

    It has come to my attention that last week Yaakov Spritzer made a personal appearance at the Beis Din. Spritzer did not show up to sign the shtar berurin, but rather to complain about the web-sites, specifically this web-site and whoisshmira.com. Spritzer complained about…
    a) this web-site stating that the Beis Din has already written up a Siruf against Spritzer.
    b) that whoisshmira.com has written about his money laundering schemes .

    The Beis Din informed Spritzer that they don’t want to hear anymore irrelevant* excuses and that he should stop delaying the Din Torah.

    What Chuztpa!!! How hypocritical of Spritzer to come with his phony outrage or “concern” about “web-sites”.
    This is the same Spritzer who initiated a frivolous RICO case -that lasted seven years- against the those calling him to a Din Torah.

    This is the same Spritzer which made sure court papers (with all these false accusations and what have you not) were delivered specifically either, Erev Shabbos, Erev Rosh Hashona, Erev Pasach etc… with the specific intent to harass, intimidate and ruin the Yom-Tov of the Machne Menachem directors and their families.

    This same Spritzer who used the Bima in 770 as his loud speaker to shame the Machne Menachem directors and their families.

    This same Spritzer who never missed an opportunity to target the Machne Menachem directors and their families.

    This same Spritzer who assisted Paul Levi Huebner in his prosecution of the Shomrim Six.

    This same dog, is worried about what web-sites are saying? What a coward!!!
