The truth be told, I did not expect this. Baruch Hashem there are those that still take their Yiddishkeit/Jewishness/Religion/Shulchan Aruch/Torah serious.
I thought that all hope was lost, that people just don’t care anymore about whats right or wrong, left or right, and will just do what is good for them.
Seeing these photos and the photos on COL have strengthened my desire to push forward and continue spreading the truth with more vigor. I think it is safe to say that for the first time (when it come to this case of Machne Menachem), I was wrong. People do care!
For those that did go to this stolen property – regardless of all the facts relating to this case (knowing that this case is in middle of a Din Torah, knowing that there is a Ikkul from the Bais Din on Mr. Spritzer, knowing that your check was and will be used to do Mesira on other Jews. There is a G-d in this world keeping a calculation, to him it makes no difference if you steal a blade of grass or a million dollars, you may have saves a few pesos now, but you will pay much much more later.

I wrote this a few mouth back and I stand by this statement now…

Truth be told, all this does not really matter, it’s irrelevant to who are the rightful owners of Machne Menachem.
It is totally irrelevant whether Spritzer ran a successful camp or not,
It is totally irrelevant whether Spritzer had 1 bus full of kids or 100.
Any argument about anything else besides who rightfully owns Machne Menachem is all Irrelevant!
All these arguments are besides the point.
Why do I make them?
I make them because I can, but thats not my main focus and should not be yours either.
The only question that remains (and was in essence always the only question) is who brought and payed for the camp and who according to Jewish Law (Halocha) own the camp today.
Now I ask, Why is Spritzer Stalling A Din Torah for almost two years now?
UPDATE: Even if he had 600 kids and 300 staff etc… it would not change the law in the Torah of…

Just becuase “EVERYBODY” is doing it, doesn’t make it right!
[The only difference would be to the photographer, who would have to take more pictures of more Ganovim and Mossrim].
I saw with my own eyes how one of what we would call “their own” came towards the end to take some pictures (and this guy runs a mishichist site) , when all the kids were already on the bus and they (spritzers) would not let him on the bus to take pictures, they told him he should take from outside. ummmm, i wounder why?
They had four empty buses.
From the moment I arrived to take pictures, the Spritzers were on my tail. They were constantly bothering and harassing me.
[I don’t understand how it was that they didn’t have their own people taking pictures of their “success” of “250” campers loading 4 buses?]
At one point I calmly turned to Folly Spritzer and said…
“I don’t understand something, please explain this to me. Here you are loading buses to go to ‘the camp’ in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania, you won, it’s yours! Yet, you are occupying yourself with non other them myself…
I continued…
And me… who am I… I’m a nothing… (pointing to the ground I said), I should be like a little bug which goes unnoticed… Why am I such a Mitzeyos (existence) here…So Hershkop is taking pictures, so what…What a loser!… You, you should be happy, loading the buses going to Lackawaxen Pennsylvania, “the camp”, with no interest in even looking at me…who am I… for g-ds sake, you are the victors here, take your “victory” and be happy…Why are you so nervous?
Folly Spritzer then replies…
“I’m just having fun”
I then said…
why are you having this “fun” with me, who am I?…If it was me loading the buses I wouldn’t even look at you.. I would be to busy. [end]
He stood there shocked and red in the face with nothing to say.
They have the camp yet they are nervous and angry, while I am.. well, Baroch Hashem, all is from Heaven, all is good and will only get better! Were all alive and healthy, that is the main thing.

About the video above of Prager harassing me, I just have this to say…
I never spoke to Prager before (this) and he never spoke to me.
I don’t know him and he doesn’t know me.
Why he behaved the way he did, beats me.
What I did see was that this Person (whom Ive never met before)
needs to get help, I saw a miserable person who is full of hate.
He did all this in front of his own children and even his wife participated in the action (as seen in the video) .
One of Pragers children was holding a tennis racket, at one point (you can hear it on the video), he tells his father “tatty, use this”.

I know of 3 kids (two families) that have already left this camp.

If anybody can explain to me the difference between THESE GUYS (Click) and anybody featured above (who sent their children to Spritzers camp and are guilty of משיג גבול רעהו,) it would be nice.
What indeed is the difference?
Miracles in our times!
On June 30, 2009 (as depicted in above in the photos) barely 60 children (including staff) loaded 4 buses heading to Chayolei Hamelech for the summer month. Unless another 16 buses took another 290 kids (some other day besides June 30th), then I don’t see how this camp has 350 human beings walking around on it’s property.
Imagine 16 buses pulling out of Crown Heights.
Kingston would be closed.
They would get a police escort out of New York.
The 6 (on the way to camp) would be closed off.
And must of all the camp would take pride in this and actually take pictures of all this happening, but we all know that not only did they not take any pictures, they harassed the person who took the pictures above, and when “their own” guy wanted to take pictures of the “loaded buses” (of 250 kids and 100 bochrim), they would not allow him too.
Please proof me wrong…Send me pictures of 250 campers and 100 bochrim, Because that is not what we are seeing on line (on YOUR web sites).
One thing is for certain, they do indeed have 250 campers on the lunch program.

all the stealing, killing and mesira is finally getting to him.
Just the other day i witnessed with my own two eyes, yankle spritzer collecting pallets (those wood boards to carry many boxes), and sheleping them all by himself to his warehouse.
at 5 dollars a pallet, collect just four a day and save 20 dollars at least that can go toward outstanding lawyer fees or more messiros.
